MEET BASHA
Hi, it’s nice to meet you.
Hi there! I'm Basha Bonae Ferdinand - a community builder and event strategist with a passion for bringing people together. I enjoy helping companies plan and execute amazing events by managing community interactions, developing memorable experiences, and organizing all the details. I love solving the challenges that come with planning events and ensuring everything runs smoothly. When I'm not working, you might find me exploring new cafes, enjoying a good book, or planning my next travel adventure. Let's connect and create something great together!
HOW I STARTED
As a proud Tampa native, my journey into event planning began with the simple joy of orchestrating family gatherings and social events for friends—a passion that has since blossomed into a full-fledged career.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across various facets of the events and hospitality industry, from orchestrating glamorous galas that raised significant funds for nonprofits to seamlessly coordinating massive conferences attended by thousands of industry experts. My ultimate goal? To empower organizations to engage their audiences and amplify their impact through intentionally crafted high-impact events.
In recent years, I've found my niche in the thrilling realm of technology and innovation, where I serve as a bridge between community leaders and budding startups. Through my adept curation of events, programming, and resources, I've facilitated major wins for founders and communities alike, driving innovation and collaboration forward.
